I don't know what I'll do when I've run through all the refurbished units, because I simply love this keyboard. I have worn about 3 of them slap out. Yes, after so much time, a key or two will stick here or there but I've worn the ink off a few of the keys at this point, so it's only fair. The mouse works perfect, and there aren't any major glitches in the software, either.

Cons: At first, it's too easy to accidentally hit the side button on the right side of the mouse. Once you get used to it though, no problems The wrist rest is useless. If you're typing properly, your wrists should be flat, which means that if you're resting your rests on the wrist rest, you're not typing properly.
The wrist rest also isn't removable or better yet replaceable. This one has by far the best key response. Wave shape does actually make a big difference.
After showing the beginning signs of carpal tunnel in the past, I've corrected by typing posture a lot, and this fits in with it perfectly. BTW, I purchased this in a brick and mortar after trying all of the keyboard sets there Highly recommended. Pros: padded wrist rest and comfortable setup seems too work well no skips or probs so far and it seems to be functional laser mouse also comfortable whole hand desighn and very responsive love it. Cons: on occasion reports low signal however it seems too be working fine could be bad batteries will contact microsoft if problem persists.
