When I deleted the key and later the whole Startup entry it was restored again by the Windows 10 cache after rebooting so I guess we are stuck with remnants of uninstalled programs in the Windows 10 registry and Task Manager.

The Startup folder for the user logged on will appear and when opened I saw that nasty Sidebar apps that I quickly deleted and "Program" is now no longer present in Task manager Startup! I've read that sidebar functionality has been disabled in windows If that's the case, why is it still present in the list of startup programs?
