You do this by loading Dr Hardware and going to devices, video, installed adapters and all the details of installed video card will be listed for you to have. I'l be adding this one to my arsenal of solutions. Unchecking "Smooth Scrolling" definitely helped the situation but there is still a slight lag.

I'm still getting lag in one program, Mixcraft 5. Even after uninstalling it and cleaning out the registry before re-installing, it makes no difference.
